Achievement Videos

It would be great to have Gamification levels not only reward with Badges but to also "amp up" the reward by playing a specific linked congratulations video residing in the Central Library (not a video in the hub). That way whenever the Badge is awarded, the "personal congrats video" plays right then and these congrats videos wouldn't need to be in every hub -- because the badge "library" always points/links to the "reward video".
