An Update From the Team

Although recently you may not have seen our usual number of new features being added directly to the platform, we have started beta testing a variety of new experiences that will be bundled together in a future release. These experiences include, but are not limited to, the following features in Canny.

• Custom Audience Attributes (and using them in segments)

• Audience Directory

• Custom Hub Onboarding

• Segmenting based on Hub Activity

Hubs

• We added a new option when viewing search results in Hubs that will preview a file's transcription for the audience

• You can switch between views by using the toggle in the top-right and you can expand each result to see the entire transcription of a file by clicking "See more results" at the bottom of the result

• We also added the ability to change button sizes on a global or individual level in the Hub
  
  

• Added author names to Hub templates and updated the look of a Hub as it duplicates to match the new look on your Hubs page

• Updated layout sections to eliminate some glitchy views that used to occur after deleting all of the columns in a section

• Added logo resizing options to Login, Register, and Payment pages

• Improved the resolution of images published through the Canva integration

• Fixed an issue where content was automatically added to the header menu without the option to turn it off

• Fixed the playlist import confirmation message

• Fixed an issue where custom fonts were showing in places they shouldn't in the Hub Editor

• Fixed an issue when removing images from backgrounds of sections

• Fixed an issue with the activity hyperlinks in Hubs

Audience

• Added the ability to create a new tag from the segment filters if one doesn't exist already with the title entered

• Made some improvements to the search UI for clarity

Content & Library

• Added an animation when creating new folders and playlists to help find them in the list

---

Apps

• Moved the help window to an info bubble in the sidebar to prevent it from overlapping any important information in the platform

• Fixed an issue with the Vimeo integration

To go along with these spotlighted updates, a large number of minor improvements and bug fixes were included in this release across the Platform, Hubs & Extension.
