Think of it like a supercharged "@everyone" feature to make sure no one misses a thing. This awesome tool is available on the Grow plan and higher, so you can easily share your message with every single member, every day!

Embed YouTube Videos in Your Posts and Comments

We’ve made it easier than ever to share YouTube videos directly in your discussion posts and comments. Simply paste a YouTube link into the embed field, and it’ll instantly appear in your discussion—no hassle, no extra steps. Whether you’re sharing tutorials, announcements, or fun content, this feature makes your posts more engaging. And with support for Membership.io video links coming soon, you’ll have even more ways to enhance your discussions!

Copilot Just Got Smarter with Timestamps

Your library Copilot has gotten a big upgrade! We’ve fixed some bugs with descriptions showing in the wrong language, but the real game-changer is the new support for timestamps. Now, you can ask Copilot questions about specific content in a video, and it will give you the exact timestamps you need. Want to jump straight to a key moment or topic? Copilot will take you right there. It’s faster, more accurate, and more powerful with this new timestamp tech.

Enhancements and Improvements

Faster Posting with Optional Titles

We’ve made posting in Hubs quicker and easier! Now, you don’t need to worry about adding a title to a post and instead can jump straight into writing. When you create a new post, the input focus will automatically be on the body, so you can start typing right away and share your thoughts with others in the Hub faster.

Making Long Discussion Sidebars Shorter

We’ve added a handy "Show More/Show Less" button to help you manage long sidebar descriptions on the Discussion Page. This will help you keep longer parts of the community description, like a "Rules" or "Guidelines" section, from taking up too much space and pushing important content down the page. The button appears after the first line break, giving you full control over how much text is shown at once.

Sticky Hub Header for Smoother Navigation

We’ve made the Hub header sticky to improve your navigation experience, especially on mobile. Now, the header will appear as soon as you scroll up, so you can easily access menu options without having to scroll back to the top. This is super useful when browsing through discussions or content-heavy areas of your Hub, keeping everything you need right at your fingertips!

Better Comment Navigation Experience

We’ve made it easier to jump right into conversations! Now, when you’re redirected to a comment from a notification or link, the page will automatically scroll to the comment section.

Bug Fixes

• Hub Members’ Activity Not Updating: Fixed an issue where some Hub members' activity was incorrectly resetting to zero despite their active participation.

• Inconsistent Audience Filter Results: Resolved a bug causing inconsistent results in audience filters after applying changes.

• Video Thumbnails in Hub Customizer: Corrected a problem where video thumbnails in the Hub customizer weren't displaying properly.

• Browser Notifications Redirect: Fixed an issue where browser notifications weren’t redirecting users to the correct URLs in Firefox and Chrome.

• No Results State in Member Directory Search: Added a “No Results” state to the Member Directory search and filter to improve user feedback.

• Unauthorized Access to Private Videos: Fixed an issue that allowed unauthorized access to private or domain-restricted videos via nested URLs.

• Unable to Remove Hyperlinks: Resolved an issue where hyperlinks couldn’t be directly removed in the Rich Text editor.

• File Download in Discussion Posts: Fixed the issue where users couldn’t download attachments from discussion posts. The entire attachment card is now clickable for easier access.

• CSV Upload Error in Discussions: Resolved a 422 error that occurred when uploading CSV files in community discussion posts.

• Invalid Video URL Error Messages: Added proper error handling and messages when invalid video URLs are entered in posts or comments.

• Post Without Body Field: Fixed an issue where users couldn’t post if the body field was left empty.

• Password Reset Email Formatting: Corrected broken images and formatting issues in password reset emails.

To go along with these spotlighted updates, a large number of minor improvements and bug fixes were included in this release across the entire platform.
