Hub Communities have arrived!

We’re thrilled to introduce the Discussions Page, a major new community element in your Hub. Members can now create posts, comment on others, and engage in customizable spaces designed for focused conversations. Activity is seamlessly tracked and integrated with the member directory and profiles for maximum connection. Fully optimized for mobile, this feature allows easy access and interaction from anywhere. While we’re labeling this as a Beta for now, it’s packed with features and ready for use.

For more details on setting it up in your existing Hub, check out this help article. If you’re creating a new Hub, the Discussion Page will be enabled automatically—just add it like any other page.

Chrome Extension Update

We’ve just rolled out an early release of a new version of our screen recording Chrome extension with major improvements. The update includes moveable controls, tab audio recording, and custom background options for webcam recordings. Your extension should automatically update to this new version, but if you encounter any issues, you can uninstall and reinstall it at searchie.io/chrome. Please send any feedback directly to help@searchie.io if you experience any troubles with this new version.

Rearranged Pages List

The Pages list in the Hub Editor has been rearranged to promote important default pages, with Discussions and the Member Directory now moved up for easier access and management.

Bug Fixes

• Missing Icon in Hub Push Notification: Added the missing icon to achievements in Hub push notifications.

• Directory Filters Header Issue: Fixed a layout issue where the header of directory filters was being cut off.

• Blank Screen on Restricted Files: Resolved an issue where accessing restricted files via "Copy URL" or mention notifications resulted in a blank screen.

• UI Gap in Hub Header Notifications: Addressed a gap in the notifications UI in the Hub header.

• Hub Header Color Customizations: Corrected UI errors related to Hub header color customizations.

• Default Icon in Member Directory: Fixed an issue where the "Member Directory" default icon was not displaying correctly in the Hub header.

• Back Navigation Issue: Fixed navigation issues on both mobile and desktop after sending a password reset or magic link.

• General Mobile UI Bugs: Addressed various mobile UI bugs to improve overall user experience.

• Activity List Loading: Fixed an issue where the activity list was not loading correctly in the dashboard.

To go along with these spotlighted updates, a large number of minor improvements and bug fixes were included in this release across the entire platform.
