Hub Comment Logs (BETA)

We are excited to announce a beta program for our new Hub Comment Logs. This feature allows Hub admins to view any unread comments and reply directly to users from a dedicated page in the Hub Settings, without needing to go into the Hub or wait for a mention or reply notification. This is a powerful tool for managing large and very active Hubs efficiently. To sign up for the Beta, subscribe to our changelog for updates and reply to this post requesting access. Mobile Push Notifications for Comments

We’ve improved the commenting experience yet again by adding mobile push notifications for mentions and replies in comments. Available to our Hub mobile app early adopters, this feature enables audience members using a Hub mobile app to receive built-in push notifications for comments and community interactions. Bug Fixes

• Widget Removal: Fixed the issue where removing the last widget or plugin from the apps slide-in did not load the empty state in view.

• Header Menu Visibility: Resolved a delay issue where header menu types conditioned by attribute segments were not visible to users with the right credentials on first onboarding until the page was refreshed.

• Video Player Transcriptions: Resolved an issue where the video player was picking up older, edited transcription files instead of the latest ones.

• Attachment Links Visibility: Fixed the issue where links, as attachments, did not show up in the 'Library > Attachments' folder but appeared when a filter was applied.

• Audience Filter Results: Resolved the problem where audience filters returned inconsistent results after each application.

• Video Thumbnails Alignment: Fixed the uneven alignment of video thumbnails in scroll sections caused by multi-line titles.

• Hub Deletion View: Addressed the glitchy view when deleting a Hub from the dashboard.

• Replace Video Functionality: Resolved the issue where replacing a video created a new transcription but didn’t switch the video to the new transcription.

• Email Notifications Toggle: Fixed the bug where email notifications were sent despite the "Receive Email Notifications" toggle being off.

• Mention Dropdown Text Color: Corrected the text color issue in the mentioning dropdown.

To go along with these spotlighted updates, a large number of minor improvements and bug fixes were included in this release across the entire platform.
